WHAT IS RESET: Its function is to unlock the printer so that it no longer requests a chip in the toners, that is, it will be possible to always reuse the same toner, making refills, or using compatible toner.

ATTENTION: In order to generate the Reset file, we will need the original chip to be in the toner cartridge, the printer connected via usb, being identified by Windows and the following printer data:

- Serial number;
- Firmware version;
- Toner CRUM;

If necessary, a tool can be used to extract this data from the printer, either by the client or by REMOTE ACCESS.
