This reset is for the Pantum BM5100 printer to run using toner and chipless imaging unit. The procedure consists of remote access via TeamViewer where we capture data from the printer connected via usb, generate the reset files and then perform the reset. Some versions need an intervention on the logic board, if this is your case we will guide you on what can be done.
