WHAT IS RESET: Its function is to unlock the printer so that it no longer requests a chip in the toners, that is, it will be possible to always reuse the same toner, making refills, or using compatible toner.

ATTENTION: In order to generate the Reset file, we will need the original chip to be in the toner cartridge and the following data from the printer:

- Serial number;

- Firmware version;

- Toner CRUM;

If necessary, a tool can be used to extract this data from the printer, either by the client or by REMOTE ACCESS.

ATTENTION: Version 11 of the Hp 107, Version 14 and 15 of the Hp 135 and Hp 137 DO NOT ACCEPT RESET, you will need to forward the card to Downgrade if you wish.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS IS FOLLOWED AND WITH REMOTE SUPPORT AVAILABLE. REMEMBERING THAT THE CHIP MUST BE ORIGINAL.
