VERSION DOWNGRADE FOR

HP 107a/w (3.82.01.11)
HP 135a/w HP 137fnw (3.82.01.14 - 3.82.01.15 and above)

This procedure is done directly on your printer's logic board so that it can accept reset on locked versions.

Versions 3.82.01.14 - 3.82.01.15 and above are blocked for reset on Hp 135 and 137 and version 3.82.01.11 is blocked for reset on Hp 107. toner without the chip.

REQUIREMENTS

1 (ONE) Printer Hp 107 or Hp 135 or Hp 137 with version corresponding to those informed in the advertisement.

HOW DO I CHECK THE VERSION?

Hp 107: Press Cancel (X) for 15s or more to exit the configuration report.
Hp 135 and Hp 137: Access the printer panel menu and go to System Config - Report - Configuration and print.

Check the System Firmware Version field: 3.82.01.14 - 3.82.01.15 and above for Hp 135 and 137. Version 3.82.01.11 is for Hp 107.

HOW IT WORKS?

You must send us ONLY THE LOGIC BOARD, shipping costs at buyer's expense. The procedure is done within 48 hours after the technician receives the logic board. If you are not a technician it is preferable to have a technician remove the card from your printer and then reinstall it.
