To acquire the reset it is necessary to know:
Model (the model is indicated correctly on the body of the printer, but not on the report!),
Machine Serial Number;
CRUM (toner chip number);
Firmware Version (Device Setup - System)
This information can be found in the reports: Configuration Report and Supplies Information Report.

Configuration Report: Press and hold the X button, wait until the indicator starts flashing, then release the button.
Supply Report: Press and hold the X button for 6 seconds until the indicator starts flashing rapidly, then release the button.

I received the files, now what? With the device turned off, open the front cover, disconnect the cable. Press and hold the power button, plug in the power cable, hold the button until the printer is detected by usb (3 sec). The button usually changes color to green.
The compressed file sent contains: "FIX...", "usbprns2" and INSTRUCTIONS.
With the printer in download mode as described above, just drag FIX over usbprn2
After this procedure in a few minutes the printer will restart. Remove the toner chip and try printing without a chip. From that moment on, do not use a chip in the toner anymore.
ATTENTION!!! After successfully reprogramming the printer, remove the chip from the cartridge and store it somewhere safe (the chip). In all the cartridges you are going to use in the printer,the chip must be removed or sealed. If you accidentally inserted a new cartridge without removing the chip, the device will be blocked. To unlock it, do the reset using the same chip.
