Configuration report: Press and hold the [ WPS ] button for about 15 seconds (until the status indicator lights up again). Suelte el botón.
Consumable report: Press and hold the [WPS] button for about 15 seconds (until the status indicator lights up again). Release the button.
If you cannot print the report, the data is verified by remote access. In the event that the toner is without a chip or not working, an additional R$ 30 will be charged to generate the reset without CRUM (without the toner chip).

I received the files, now what?
First of all prepare the printer to receive the file: With the printer off, press and hold the middle button that contains the X or WPS and press and hold the [POWER] button, after ~ 2 sec release both buttons. If done correctly, the TONER and STATUS leds should light orange. The compressed file sent contains: "FIX...", "usbprns2" and INSTRUCTIONS. With the printer in download mode as described above, just drag FIX over usbprn2
After this procedure in a few minutes the printer will restart. Remove the toner chip and try printing without a chip. From that moment on, do not use a chip in the toner anymore.
CAUTION!!! After successfully reprogramming the printer, remove the chip from the cartridge and store it somewhere safe (the chip). In all the cartridges that you are going to use in the printer, the chip must be removed or sealed. If you accidentally inserted a new cartridge without removing the chip, the device will be blocked. To unlock it, do the reset using the same chip.
