Model (correctly a model is indicated on the corps of printer, but not in a report!),
Serial Number (Número de série);
CRUM (chip cartridge);
Firmware Version (newer versions need downgrade in board)

In the report you will find
Serial Number - 15 char;
Firmware Version (firmware - v3.00.01.xx por ex.);
CRUM (cartridge chip number - 11 char);
Device Model (look in printer not report).
If you cannot print the report, the data is verified through remote access. If the toner is on a chip or does not work, an additional $7 will be charged to generate the reset without CRUM (without the toner chip).

The printed needs to be in FW-UPGRADE: ON

You will receive files "First...", "FIX...", "usbprns2" and INSTRUCTIONS.. Prepare printer with PRINTER SPOOLER EMPTY AND USB CABLE CONECTED:
1. The first file (First_M4020_V4.00.01.хх.hd) must be sent in ready mode, normal mode with update allowed. MENÚ #1934-OK-DIAGNOSTIC-DATA SETUP-F/W UPGRADE ON
2. The second file (FIX_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_Second_M4020_V4.00.01.xx) - must be sent in download mode/ forced mode/ BOOT DOWNLOAD.
THAT IS THE WAT FILES MUST BE DRAG ONTO usbprns2
WARNING: The first file must not be sent ( First_M4020_V4.00.01.хх.hd ) to printer in force mode! If you do that printer will be lock in an error not easy to fix!
