CRUM (chip cartridge);
Firmware Version.

Configuration report:On the printer control panel, press and hold the Resume/Cancel button for 10 seconds about until the Power LED button blinks slow, and then release.

Supplies information: On the printer control panel, press and hold the Resume/Cancel button for about 15 seconds until the Power LED button blinks fast, and then release.

If you cannot print the report, the data is verified through remote access. If the toner is on a chip or does not work, an additional $7 will be charged to generate the reset without CRUM (without the toner chip).

I received the files, now what?

First of all prepare the printer to receive the file:
With the printer off, press and hold the central button that contains the X and press and hold the [POWER] button, after ~ 2 seconds, remove both buttons. If done correctly, the TONER and STATUS leds should light up in orange. The compressed file sent contains: "FIX...", "usbprns2" and INSTRUCCIONES. With the printer in discharge mode as described above, simply drag FIX onto usbprn2
 

After this procedure in a few minutes the printer will restart. Remove the toner chip and try printing without a chip. From that moment on, do not use a chip in the toner anymore.

ATTENTION!!!After successfully reprogramming the printer, remove the chip from the cartridge and store it somewhere safe (the chip). In all the cartridges that you are going to use in the printer, the chip must be removed or seal. If you accidentally inserted a new cartridge without removing the chip, the device will be blocked.  To unlock it, do the reset using the same chip..
