To acquire the reset you need to know:
Model(the model is indicated correctly on the body of the printer, but not on the report!)
Serial Number (Serial Number);
CRUM (toner chip number);
Firmware Version
This information can be found in the reports: Configuration Report and Supplies Report.
Printing reports from the Xerox WC 3215 3225
-On the panel press the i button
-Select System Configuration or Supplies Info
-Select Print
If you are unable to print the report, the data is verified by remote access.Â

I received the files, now what?
1- Turn on the printer with the "Yellow" held and as soon as "Download Mode" immediately release the buttons and quickly press the "Yellow" in the "Wait Image" display
2- Run the file "Download_0.1".
3- Let the printer restart and put it in "FWÂ UPGRADE ON":
-Press – MENU # 1 9 3 4 MENU (quickly).Â
-Will displayed DIAGNOSTIC
-Press "OK"
-Search for "DATA SETUP"
-Press "OK"
-Search for "FW-UPGRADE"
-Press "OK"
-Select "ON"
-Press "OK"
4-Â Â Run the file "Download_1" and wait for the printer to program and restart.
5​ - Put the printer in "Wait Image" (like step 1) again and run "Download_2" and let the printer program and restart.
6- Isolate the toner chip or remove the toner chip. From now on, do not use toner with a chip in this printer anymore, as it may be damaged. miss the reset. Ready.
CAUTION!!! After successfully reprogramming the printer, remove the chip from the cartridge and store it somewhere safe (the chip). On all the cartridges you buy for use in the printer, the chip must be removed or sealed. If you If you accidentally insert a new cartridge without removing the chip, the device will lose reset. To unlock it, do the reset using the same chip.
